KKFO Gold Country Radio 103.3FM – Official Contest Rules

 

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter any KKFO contest.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: All participants must be U.S. residents aged 18 or older.
  • Previous Winners: Individuals who have won any KKFO contest in the past 90 days are ineligible. Only one winner per household is permitted within any 90-day period.
  • Identification: Winners must provide an accurate mailing address to receive the prize through the mail.
  • Staff and Volunteer Restriction: Paid staff and volunteers with direct access to KKFO programming control are not eligible to participate in any contest.

3. Entry Limitations

Only one entry per household per contest is allowed.

4. Prize Conditions

  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Substitutions: KKFO and all sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
  • Taxes: Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes valued at $600 or more will require the completion of appropriate tax forms before distribution.

5. Claiming Prizes

  • Timeframe: Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification unless otherwise specified.
  • Location: Prizes will only be sent in the mail. There is no physical location for winners to pick up their prizes.

6. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant KKFO and all sponsors permission to use their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes across online platforms, radio broadcasts, and television, without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification

KKFO and all sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Liability

KKFO and all sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other issues that may prevent participation. KKFO and all sponsors are also not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdirected packages or letters sent through the mail.

9. Amendments

KKFO reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on the KKFO website.
