Klamath County Library – Closure

📌 The downtown library will be closed in honor of the Labor Day holiday. Many businesses also take the day off, making it a perfect opportunity to spend time with family. Whether it’s a lakeside picnic, backyard barbecue, or a drive into the Cascades, locals are encouraged to enjoy the last big summer weekend before school starts.

First Day of School – Klamath County (Primary & Secondary)
📌 The excitement (and nerves) of a new school year begin as students in both the Klamath County School District and Klamath Falls City Schools head back to class. Expect more cars and school buses on the roads during drop-off and pick-up. Please be extra mindful of children walking or biking to school.

Moving Sale – Household Furniture & Housewares

📌 Presented by The Linkville Players, this Olivier- and Tony-winning play brings to life the story of Christopher, a teen with autism who embarks on a quest to solve a neighborhood mystery while navigating a world both thrilling and overwhelming. United Way of the Klamath Basin’s Barn Dance (Honored Gold Country Radio Partner)

Scenic Train Ride Docent Opportunity – Klamath County Museum
